We have a Sony FM/AM Cassette car stereo with an error 99 code.

We cannot figure out what this code means nor can we seem to find anywhere that will tell us. We have a disc changer cd attatched to it that seems to be working fine. When we try to play the cd player from the stereo we get the error 99. Do you have any ideas on where we can go to find an error code list or how to fix this error? Thank you.
