my sony trinitron kv35s40 that is 4 years old has no audio or video, just has red standby led that blinks.

i have an associates in electronics but it's been 10 years since college. i don't have any voltage out from the horizontal output transistor that i know feeds the high voltage flyback transformer. i have been reading possible technical repairs for this symptom but i do not have a schematic for this tv. if anyone has experienced this symptom and has the specific trouble shooting steps or specific components such as resisitor or capacitor #'s on the pcb's that i could check please e-mail me. thanks.
