Searching to restore a good ol' sound on some vinetage deck!

I own the Aiwa AD6400 cassette deck and recently I had problems with a recording/playback head, which is (was)a SONY product (the head type is PF 145 / 3602). In fact I need a new one. It is a bit of mess while searchig this head all around the world and it seems now that was never inststalled before in ANY deck in the world (and even that is never been made!) (According to AIWA, SONY etc. customer supports!) Can you suggest how I can solve this problem. Thanks in advance. Vanja
