may i get more information about new technology from sony handycam.

I am contacting you from Clarion University. We have a Sony Handicam, and it's not working properly. When we try to capture a picture, all I get is a blue screen. I can't get the camera to work properly. I get an error "429" which says something about the camera not initialized. If you know of where I can download this information, let me know. Thanks.
