Sony colour TV is now blackand white

I have a Sony 21" TV that has gone black and white, but the teletext is still colour. I think the model is KV-2151MU bought in Germany. A year ago the problem first appeared and I re-soldered joints in the IF section and worked fine, but now it's back - can anybody help?
