HomeSony PD 170 problem Does anybody know about the problem with sony pd170 camera? There is defect which causes hissing noise/sound in your recordings? Apparently some dealer in Tri-state area told me that Sony has rectified this problem in the new units that are being shipped out. has anybody come across this?

Yes I have the same problem happening with the new 170 I just bought? Have you heard of any solutions to fix the problem? I only notice it when I use a wireless microphone. If I use on camera mic or a wired mic no problem. Any encouraging news or should I send the camera back.. |
