YES SURE SOUNDS LIKE HIS FLOPPY DRIVE IS OUT ON UNIT.ITS A HIGH PROBABILTY HE DAMAGED ONE OF THE HEADS ON DRIVE WHEN HE REMOVED STUCK FLOPPY.WHAT IS MODEL ON CAMERA? I WILL GIVE YOU PRICE ON NEW FLOPPY.ITS NOT THAT DIFFICULT TO INSTALL YOURSELVES.I WILL EXPLAIN.

Please give me some adivce also regarding the error C 13:01, I have a Mavica MVC-CD400, and it\'s giving me that error message. Everything else works fine, but it wont read any of the disc; new and old ones. I don\'t know what to do, and it\'s driving me crazy. I even tried to locate a Sony repair shop, and I\'m having problems with that. Please help ..

My mvc cd400 will read some discs and some it will not. It is not consistent in this
