I replaced a cap which fixed this problem. I don't recall the cap location number or the size tho'. It's in the middle of the power supply chain and facing the rear of the board it's middle right. About 1 inch tall, 1/2 inch around, all by itself with reguards to size. After this was replaced it works like it did before the problem.
