Format problems

I have 2 Sony Camcorders. One is a TRV900E which is PAL and the other is a TRV25 which is NTSC. Since I cannot mix the formats on my editing programmes (Pinnacle Studio 8 and Edition)is there any way of converting the NTSC to PAL eg by recording on to the PAL camera? any suggestions would be great. Also would anyone want to exchange camcorders ie a swap for my TRV25 to a similar type PAL camcorder? The TRV25 is hardly used and in mint condition.
