The picture is shrinking!!

My sony kv27v15 is having issues. The picture is starting to distort, just at the bottom like its moving up towrds the top. I was told that the power supply was going. How easy is this to fix? Could it just be a adjustment for the screen size? And if you know, what is the part number for the PS? Thanks.
