It would probably be easier to install each version of WinXP on two separate HDDs and select which drive to boot from at Setp (after BIOS banner).

thanks a million! however i have installed these two windowsxp in one disk but it seems that every softwares must be registered in two system. is it any possibility to avoid this problem?
