I have a 2 yr old Sony Wega flatscreen TV (21" trintron) that does not turn on anymore.

I just relocated and suspect the movers may have dropped my tv. It worked perfectly before I moved. When pressing the power button, it clicks a few times, but does not turn on at all. Only the red "stand by" light flashes for awhile. A repair shop estimated $135.00 to fix what he said was a "broken board." I do not know what this is or if this is a correct estimate. Does any know? Thanks!!
