PCI VS AGP

Nefi Mujica Posted Jul 25, 2004

I dont have an Agp slot on my computer. Will i be able to achieve moderatly good graphics with a pci video card?

i wanted to know if i should just get a new motherboard that offers an agp slot or if i should just live with the pci. thats y i want to know if the pci slot will give me good enough graphics so that games, movies, and video editing will be good and not painfull to look at.

Addition: If you are speaking about PCI-Express bus, soon we'll get a new generation from main vendors. But sellers haven't got its yet.

You will not find any comparable graphics PCI card at the modern market. And used ones was designed in the last century. So only one solution - buy new mainboard and new video-card. Sorry.
