this camera stop working on video mode, can playback but not record.

Hi, I have a GR-DVM90U Mini DV camcorder, but stop working on video mode, I can play the video but dont let me Record, also I can not enter to video Setup menu, the camera start beeps and beeps, and turn on and then off. How can I reset the camera or I need to send this one to repair? I was using Panasonic Tapes, but the last one is a TDK, and I can Play the Panasonic but not the TDK's. Any suggestions? thanks...
