I have the same critical error. I get sound to 20db and it shuts itself down. I took it to a tech and he sold me 2 months worth of bad service. Now my warranty is up and I can't find the fix. I can do the tech stuff, but without a service guide I can't trouble shoot. Sokmeone has to know?

Panasonic SA-HT650 - HHHHEEEEEELLLLLPPPPPP!!!!!! Mine was working fine and now I have the infamous error "F61". What in the he!! is going on. I have tried calling the Panasonic 800 number to no avail. I cant get in. Did anyone ever get any help with this??? As much as I paid for this it should really last longer than this. Like about 8 years longer than this.

did you find a solution that worked for your player? we are having the same problem you had. we know it isn't a power cord, but aren't sure about anything else. seems a lot of people have different remedies for the referenced code F61. thanks.

Try to call this number I have found Panasonic - Customer Care - Support Numbers [New Window] ( Please note: These numbers are intended ... toll free), 1-800-668-8386 I am not sure if they can help but it's a starting point and is a panasonic technical support office, so your somewhat at square 2. I have the same problem and tried to call, but the offices are closed right now (close at 8pm cst). I will try them in the morning and see what I can come up with. If you have already found an anwser can you please let me know why and how to fix the problem. If not I'll find out and let you know.
