How can I import the video from my nv-ds60 into my PC? Do I need a connection kit. a cable or something more?

    i bought a hardware named"IEEE 1394",then input it into the mainboard of my pc. after i installed the dirver, i connect the pc with my Dv . but it shows that "there is no video capture driver , or no Dv driver ".could u tell me what i should do
