Problem playing dvd's on my PS2. The bottom half of the tv screen is black, the upper half plays the movie fine, so I can only see half of the movie.....

Problem playing dvd's on my PS2. The bottom half of the tv screen is black, the upper half plays the movie fine, so I can only see half of the movie.....PS1 and PS2 games work fine, it is just with movies.....Has anybody else had this problem and could anyone help me?
