Intermittant audio fault with Denon AVC-10SE

I have had a Denon AVC-10SE since new for about 4 years now and it has an intermittant fault with the outputs to the speakers(no sound). I have disconnected everything, checked that all the speakers have correct resistance. I have intitialized the processor and the fault still persists. The relay activity has stopped when selecting different inputs. Has anyone come accross this before, any help would be much appreciated, even a site to purchase a service manual would be appreciated.
