Volume control spare part

I live in Australia and have an old NuTone Radio Intercome system. I can barely hear sound coming from unit, and when I turn up volume control it does not make any difference..Can you supply a new volume control part? and advise me of the cost involved to ship to Australia. If you cant,do you know if NuTone can be serviced in Australia.
