The person that gave the step by step was correct but the one thing he didn't say was that if it says Level or something you have to press the scan up or scan down until it says the time H or time M and use the volume to change the settings

Setting the clock: 1 Press and hold SEL (Select) for more than 2 seconds. “CLOCK H”, “CLOCK M”, “SCM LINK” or “LEVEL” appears on the display. 2 Set the hour. 3 Select “CLOCK H” if not shown on the display. 4 Adjust the hour. 5 Set the minute. 6 Select “CLOCK M.” 7 Adjust the minute. 8 Press SEL (select) to finish the setting.

I'm glad I'm not the only one. I'm a normally intelligent person who can't figure out how to change the time on a damn stereo.
