I just bought a home last year with the intercom system and I don't know how to work it. I can set the time and play music but I can't use the intercom system. For a manual, You can contact Nutone at www.nutone.com and contact the customer service. Someone emailed me a manual. Also, I contacted a nutone dealer in my area but I never followed up with it.
