    Hey Pat,there is a solution if you're using Microsoft OS Ther are a couple of patches. For Windows 2000 download. Window2000-KB887811-x86-ENU.EXE For Winddows XP download . WindowsXP-KB887811-x86-ENU.EXE this will do the trick'it worked for me Regards
