Help me select right Denon model

Looking to get a Denon AVR 5.1 or so,mainly to listen to music (1920s-60s)and some DVD watching.Also will be recording from 45s,33s,78s,and cassette tape to CD,and VHS to DVD.Price range $200-500.Any suggestions on what model? Also suggestions on speakers,room size 14'x12',and I dont play my audio loud just clean.
