Hello everybody I used to have the same problem this options work for me: 1: try to do a clean install, remove all programs related to OPeNMG and sonicstage and run again the installation program. I recommend to install from the sony site of UK. 2: Real player latest versions are fully compatible with NETMD you just need to add your device, you only need to have installed the apropiate programs, and also Its provide direct link to the driver site of sony. 3: When you are installing Sonic stage CP 4 the donwloaded files are located in your C drive in following location: C:\Documents and Settings\*your account*\Configuración local\Temp there shouid be a new directory created to donwload the files, copy all compressed files to a new directory, BEFORE the installation program install, just for keep backup in case of a problem.
