I have a Nutone intercom system 3003. I would like to replace the door bell due to wear and the button not working. Any suggestions?

  Our Nutone Doorbell stopped working (it is 15 years old) so my husband just unscrewed the doorbell button (outside) and scraped off the rust on the screws that hold the eletrical wires to the back of the button device. And guess what?! The doorbell works again!
