To unlock channels in your TV you would need to bring up the menu first. Locate the Channel Summary line and highlight it in yellow by pressing the Channel + or - button or the up or down arrows. Press the Volume + button or the right arrow to enter the menu and then press the Channel - button or the down arrow to move down the channels. Highlight each padlock in yellow and press the "0" button to unlock the channels. The padlock will go away and the channel will be unlocked.
