Can someone help me? The lcd screen on my Sony Mavica CD400 camera is shattered.

I need to replace it. I am looking for 1) where to purchase a replacement screen and 2) instructions for how to replace it once I have the part (is this an easy project?) All help is appreciated, and feel free to email me. Thank you!
