Hello fellow camera owner. I have tried to open my camera and with no sucess I have given up. The camera didn't want to come apart and I didn't want to brake it completely, so I decided to give it away and buy another camera. I tried to send it to Sony, but they want $181.00 just to look at it even if they can't fix it, and that is how I come to my conclussion. I hope this letter helps you, but I'm sure you have had a letter like this already. Have a nice day, and I wish I knew what to tell you to fix your camera. Just me, Hal
