I'd love to get a copu of the software. I was able to get the drivers but not the arcsoft appliations. In addition, i notice my image quility when i write to my computer through USB is terribal. The video looks like a cheep web cam, and is pixelated. Is there any to improve the quality? I read somewhere that using firewire will improve video quality when writing to a PC, is this true?
