To share exprience

Is there sombody, who works with 3d animation? I'm just a student, but fond of animation (I like to wrok in After Effects). So I've come to one problem, that I can't solve. How can I import 3d images (from 3dMax f.e.) and work with them in A.E.. just if nobody can help me please say where can I find the answer (links)... Sorry for my English, it's not my native.
