blinking tv

6 year old Sony Trinitron, paid over $800, will not buy another Sony. Mine has the familiar blinking every 2 seconds from the time you turn it on till you turn it off. From what I can tell, cost would be $250 to $350 to repair. I could buy 3 $250 dollar 32 inch tvs that will last at least as long as this junk Sony. They have lost what was a loyal consumer. At least by finding this site I have found that I am not alone in this.
