With your remote just hold MUTE and the Function button at the same time
make sure you are right in front of the tv, just hold those two buttons for a few seconds and it should turn off

Hi!
I cannot unlock my AKITA (ELITE) tv: I tried by pressing MUTE + all functional buttons one after another but no combination works. Can you help me with this problem? I only see a blue screen and a red lock on it - no sound, no picture, no button works.
