any way to do PAL with a ky27u?

This is probably a really stupid question, but someone is selling a KY 27U and BR-S422U combo, bought in the US, and obviously NTSC. I'm in Europe, so need PAL - but this combination looks good, probably because nobody here needs an NTSC camera. Any ideas on options here? My feeling is there probably aren't any.
