Sony power supply problem, R607/Q601/Q602 dead I would like to find out if C613 - Q502 and flyback are OK

I am afraid replacing R607/Q601/Q602 may not solve my problem. Question how do I find if C613, Q502 and flyback are in good shape ?? Also not able to buy C613 original part, can something else be used instead ??
