C:13:01 error using Sony PSC-100

I used a 1G Sony memory pro stick in my Sony PSC-100 and had set it to shoot 5 MP. According to the camera manual, I can capture over 300 pictures using the 1G stick. We've only shot at least 110 pics and the camera gave a C:13:01 memory stick error. Now I can't add any more pics to it and can't even download the pics into my computer. Is there anything that I can do? I don't want to lose those pics. Any help, please.
