PROACTIVE SYNOPSYS PROGRAMME, IDIOLOGY AND OBJECTIVE OF OUR ORGANISATION As per we know Bangladesh is a one of the third world country with poverty and hungry. Near about 150 million populations of this country but most of peoples are living under the least poor. There are no fundamental rights such like Food, Clothing, Education, Health and Home for most of population. It is very bad effective for whole society. Lake of education is a most obstacle to give up their superstition and back dated idea. It is very common subject of death due to miss- treatment and without treatment. Different type of un human touchier, injustice and social discrimination for human being specially for Woman are out of control. The human right of our country is now a phrase and idiom only. Our organization thinks that above discrimination and injustices depend on Economical condition. On other hand some of International and national organization played game by various type of master plan to overcome these situation since after Liberation of Bangladesh. Some times they prescribed for total privatization of all industries and services, some time they said for Mixed economic some time they proposed to apply for Micro credit Program. Now a day they are very crazy for Micro credit program. But reality is different .Most of the People of third world country with Bangladesh have no change, no develop and not even better in Humanity. Some body may say that there are so many Television, VCD, Toilet facilities, even Motorcycle also in our Village side. Every body knows that these are all development of super structure but not the Base. Before and post liberation, there are so many money lender (Mohajon), Feudal lord, jeweler and some tout involved in this type of business. They gave the loan to poor farmer, businessman and need person for their work or business purpose. Due to this loan those money lenders keep co-lateral deposit. The rate of interest and recovery rate was very high. Most of time co-lateral deposit fore bated by those money lenders. At the last Brower lost his business, land and House-hold also. In present Most of Organization whose engaged in Micro credit program they also doing like that way. Our organization PROACTIVE (An Environmental & Development organization) wants to do something different against existing other Organization. We must want to change our social discrimination and all type of injustice. We obviously work for our poor people to alleviate their poverty. We must try to arrange their Education, Health facilities and all form of Human rights. But first of all we want to research work why and how to overcome our Poverty by any means. PROACTIVE is a Non Profitable, Non Political and Non Government Organization. Our Organization organized for self employment and research work for the Under Privilege man and woman of urban and villages. Our Objective 1. To build up an organization of man - woman, unemployed youth and rural landless by themselves. We arrange training program to build up their skill ness for any type of hand work specially to produced Electronic spare parts and try to logistic support for leadership activities. We organized them group wise and try to give input materials, accesoories and wages for a production. After then we collect their product for marketing in home or aboard. Not only that after selling those grower groups will get the profit for their product. 2. To start training program for un-employed youth and distress woman to built up their self depended mentality. 3. To organized distress man and woman for getting credit in easy way. And help them to create a group capital for self employed activities. If you provide us your technical help for our organisation I think it will be helpfull for both of us
