i have the same problem? help!

I did the top off and spin the wheel trick - didn't help me, it won't spin n it's own. I suggest you don't touch the little fuse looking thing with the stripes. The glass cylinder with the silver ends? Yeah that thing, while the power is on. Thought maybe it wasn't in or seated properly. Got a pretty solid shock and scared the hell out of the kids with my swearing....

I HAD THE SAME PROBLEM WITH MY DVD PLAYER THE HO2 MESSAGE KEPT ON APPEARING BUT I TOOK THAT GUYIS IDEA AND OPENED THE TOP OF MY DVD PLAYER INSERT THE DISK AND SPUN THE WHITE WHEEL AROUND AND AFTER THE 3RD TRY IT WORKED. THANKS FOR THE TIP. IM NOT GOING TO EVEN BOTHER SCREWING THE TOP BACK ON CAUSE I KNOW IT WILL HAPPEN AGAIN. THANKS FOR YOUR HELP...
