Having trouble color correcting a plasma screen for broadcast on television.

Does anyone know any tricks for broadcasting a plasma screen on television. I know that you can use amber gel to knock down the blue, but sometimes lights glare off of it. Is there a matte finish gel? Besides the obvious adjusting color are there any other tricks?
