AIWA 5-CD changer Model Z-R800 CD Section not reading (TOC)now showing/malfunctioning.

AIWA 5-CD changer Model Z-R800 CD section is malfunctioning. Even if it reads, it works haphazardly and stops after 3/4 songs. Now, situation is no ACD is being possible to play. No TOC read out.Can anyone help me out. Is Laser Beam dimmed and needs replacement. It has KSS213B Laser Lens. Can it be replaced with KSS213C?
