Adapting a cdx-52 10 cd changer to a 93 Volvo stock stereo system

I picked up a cdx-52 10 cd changer at a garage sale. For ten bucks I thought I would take a chance it would work. It does and I discovered 10 cds in the cartrige. I have a 93 Volvo (with a stock AM/FM casette player) I was hoping to put it into but all I can find is an interface cable for an Alpine cd changer only. Does anyone know how to get around this or if an adaptor exists?
