Did you ever find that cord you were looking for? I need the same cord for the same model stero system. Everywhere I look they said it is discontinued the cord is only 4.95 but I curcuit city said it is no longer available so did Sony. Did you have any luck?

Hello, I need this exact cord also! i cannot figure out why they needed a certain cord that is impossible to find in the first place! I recently bought this system with great hopes, until i found that i needed the System Control Cable! WHY?!!!!, well i hope that you find the cord, good luck to ya =)
