Power source for the unit

My inlaws have one of these units but it seems to be dead. There are no lights on on the front panel. The radio doesn't turn on and the door bell chime doesn't work. I backed out the two front panel screws and pulled the unit out but couldn't see any place on it where it takes AC house power (to determine if it was getting power). Does it come in, in the bottom of the wall mounting box? Thanks for any assistance.
