JVC Camcorder trouble GR-D3OU

hELP
My camera displays a message that says condensation and it stays on pause. There is no condensation that I can tell and the camera has been like this for several months. What should I do?

could someone tell me how i can get my picture dowloaded off my jvc camcorder i have everything plug in do i need a disk to do this thank you

My GR-D3OU is doing the same thing, have you found help with this!! It started this Sunday July 17th
