Sony DFS 500 freeze picture when cuting on A/B bus Loses colour when using transistions.

My Sony DFS 500P DME was affected by power surge and had PS1 and PS2 on the DA63 board were blown. After replacing them the mixer lost colour on one of the buses and if I cut from one of the buses it freezes picture for some milliseconds. Aparently I don't have a service manual. How can I realign the DME???
