fix sony digital camera format error problem

i've sony mavica MVC-FD85 I received the C:13:01 FORMAT ERROR message ,can someone tells me how to fix this bc i'm afraid to use anything lke tweezers etc (i might break anything thats why) Plz somebody help me!!!How to fix this without using any tool or if i've to use any tool what would the best!
