VHF/UHF channel Inserts

I'm trying to locate a set of VHF and UHF channel number inserts for a Sony KV1542R set. I understand that numbers from the KV-1742R,-1942R,-2142R, -1742R, and -1941R sets are interchangeable with those of the KV1542R. Anyone know of a source for these or have a one of these sets that they are "parting out"?
