LCD monitor and viewfinder problem.

I have a problem seeing a clear image on the LCD monitor and the viewfinder on my JVC video camera. The image that is projecting are vertical lines. The model number is JVC GR-D30 with a 700x digital zoom. How can I fix this problem. Thank you for your help.
