JVC ERROR 03 - any suggestion?

I have a jvc GR-D270E acquired approximately 2 months ago. Now, inserting one whichever minidv cassette returns to me with the error "eject and reinsert tape" - "unit in safemode guard" "error 03 " Of fact it is unusable. There are hopes? There are actions that I can make in order to restore the situation? Thanks for the answer Ciao Marco
