I have a sony cd 500 Mavica which takes the cd disk. Just recently I ended up with a disk and the camera is saying c13:01 error. Called sony and they didn't think it was a camera error. I'm also on Windows xp. Will try to walk thru you instructions but would also like to hear from you. I have 50 pictures at stake and its hard finding help...Thanks Denise
