Home | Previous messageJean, I too lost the red record button on my Sony handycam CCD-TRV65 and am looking for the replacement part. I have not found it yet, so I have been using the head of a small nail to stick in the hole and click the record switch on/off. I can't beleive Sony didn't have a replacemnt part for this item. Please let me know if you find it somewhere.

I found the red button and the spring that goes behind it. Do a google search for sony parts and have the model and serial number available. shipping was a couple bucks and I had the whole thing replaced and shipped for under $12. Make sure you get the little spring as a separate part. Shipping costs more than both the parts. |
